Your collection includes:

• Up to 10 hours of dedicated on-site coordination by our experienced lead event team (2-3 team members, based on gust count)


• A fully customized production timeline and run of show tailored to every detail of your celebration


• Comprehensive vendor management, including final confirmations, logistics, arrival schedules, and day-of communication with every vendor

• Complete event leadership and production oversight from load-in through the conclusion of your event

• Management of your event flow, including ceremonies, grand entrances, presentations, performances, speeches, toasts, cake cutting, special dances, exits, and all other key moments

• Cueing of your wedding party, speakers, officiant, musicians, DJ/band, and entertainment to ensure every transition happens effortlessly

• Immediate problem-solving and behind-the-scenes management, allowing you and your family to simply enjoy the day

• Professional styling and placement of your personal décor, signage, favors, guest book, and specialty details

• Setup supervision during venue access (either the evening before or the morning of your event)

• Wedding rehearsal coordination and management, ensuring everyone knows exactly where to be and when

• Two personalized planning meetings, held either in person (locally) or via Zoom to finalize every detail

• One complimentary on-site venue walkthrough, with additional site visits available at $1.00 per mile for travel

• An expanded master production schedule, including vendor load-in, setup, room transitions, ceremony-to-reception changes, breakdown, and vendor departures

• Guest experience management, ensuring guests are guided smoothly throughout the celebration while maintaining the event timeline

• Complete catering coordination, including meal service timing, specialty requests, and communication with banquet staff

• Entertainment coordination, working directly with your DJ, band, musicians, and performers to ensure flawless timing
